The Harry Fox Agency (HFA) which represents thousands of both Major and
Independent Music Publishers says that "Anyone who thinks the
independent market is not significant is just not paying
attention". Such rings true with I've Got A Feeling,
a song from Marilyn Ashford Brown's new Just Doing
Me cd, which she wrote, released and independently, published
under her Ashfo Music Publishing Company. The song has generated quite a buzz
in the underground, European Markets, especially in the U. K. all while chanting
the likes of Barack Obama. A European tour could possibly be in her future.
